Limited Teletriage
These services will be offered as time permits, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. If your pet's condition is urgent or an emergency, please do not wait for a response—seek immediate care at a local veterinary clinic.

Tele-triage: A remote consultation designed to assess your pet's condition and provide guidance on the next best steps. This service helps determine whether your pet needs immediate in-person care or if their condition can wait.
Vaccine Records Access
Basic vaccine records can be accessed through the Pet Portal.

If you encounter issues accessing your records, it may be due to mismatched information in our system (e.g., email, name, or phone number). Please contact us before we leave if assistance is needed.
Where to start when Petnership Isn't Available
If your pet has a medical concern that is not an emergency, or Petriage has labeled it worrisome or urgent.
