💜 How Our Pricing Works
Mobile Veterinary Care, Thoughtfully Structured
At Petnership Veterinary Care, we bring the veterinary office to you.
That means our pricing is structured a little differently than a traditional brick-and-mortar clinic — and we believe in being clear about how it works.
🚐 1. Travel / Mobile Service Fee - $45 in Rutherford County Charged once per parked vehicle, per location This fee covers the cost of bringing our fully equipped mobile veterinary unit to your home — including fuel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, equipment transport, and the time required to move the hospital between appointments. If we see multiple pets during the same visit at the same location, this fee is only charged once. Think of this as the cost of “moving the office” to you.
🩺 2. Exam / Consultation Fee Charged per patient per type of exam Each pet receives their own dedicated exam and consultation time. This includes: Review of medical history Individualized Physical Exam Guided by your pet’s medical and emotional needs Discussion of lifestyle, goals, and concerns Personalized recommendations Medical record documentation Every pet is an individual — so each one has their own exam fee.
💉 3. Vaccines, Diagnostics & Treatments These are itemized separately and only recommended when medically appropriate. Examples include: Vaccinations Lab work Cytology Imaging Medications Procedures You only pay for what your pet actually needs. We discuss recommendations and costs before proceeding whenever possible.
